Dan’s 20 Bean Chili
I love to cook. But when I cook, I cook big, huge, grande, mucho. I can feast for a few days, pass out a bunch to friends, and still freeze a bunch, which lasts for months.
Nothing is better than a large bowl of chili, a good hotdog with mustard, and a couple of beers. It is far better than going out to a fancy restaurant.
100% of the ingredients are fresh except for two large cans of tomato paste for coloring.
