Summary:

The current state of U.S. consumer spending, a significant contributor to our gross national product (GNP), is facing a critical roadblock with no clear solutions. The urgency of our economic situation is not just pressing; it's a call for immediate action that cannot be overstated. Despite this, the mainstream media, seemingly influenced by our governing elite, presents a rosy picture. It's not just crucial; it's urgent that we critically analyze this situation to understand the actual state of our economy. This understanding is essential to help readers evaluate economic policies and take action as soon as possible. This critical analysis is not just a suggestion but a necessity in these challenging times.

Article:

Government spending continues to abound with fiat currency, not backed by a physical commodity like gold or silver but by the government's decree and the people's trust. The significant impact of these policies on our economy is undeniable, and it's high time we advocate for a change in these policies to ensure economic stability.

When employment numbers are announced, there is no mention of how many government employees, part-timers, or those dropped off the unemployment rolls because they got so frustrated looking for a job in the last 30 days. Their extended unemployment compensation turned into a form of welfare. Or, their COVID handouts have diminished. The world seems to exist on borrowed time of credit, debt, and disguised welfare. Time is not on our side this time around.

Amidst the misinformation from the mainstream media, alternative media (alt media) emerges as a beacon of hope in these challenging times. Their unwavering commitment to truth-telling is not just crucial; it's empowering. It's crucial in shedding light on America's urgent and critical economic situation, keeping us informed and empowered. As people move away from mainstream media to alt media, they become more aware of every aspect of our society and culture, feeling more empowered and informed than ever before.

The world whips its productive people with a flurry of taxation, regulation, liability, inflation, propaganda, and punitive consequences for successes, intending to keep them on a life-sustaining treadmill and inflict pain. The objective is to ensure a dependent, submissive, and neverending compliant society entirely of subordinate serfs.

Leaders swear that their stated fictions are truths, despite crippling evidence -- only naive and ill-informed people buy into it- which is many. Stupified, destructive interference has become a gamesmanship pastime to keep power and wealth for these sociopaths. They have built monopolistic power structures around themselves as protection and retention devices. Using propaganda and predictive simulation software, they can keep ordinary people's awareness and conscientiousness in tiny boxes. Everything is manipulated, and nothing occurs with natural cause and effect.

The government passes out free benefits to the non-productive by using a magic wand to create new money out of thin air, fiat currency backed by nothing, with no effort required other than instruction and a few computer digits.

With inflationary depression and mounting debt, society is increasingly succumbing to a sense of quiet desperation. This term refers to the silent suffering and anxiety that many individuals and families experience due to financial strain. The potential consequences of this situation are dire, underscoring the urgent need for immediate action to address the economic challenges we face. The time for action is not just now; it's yesterday.

  • Crashing up against the wall of debt comes gradually, then all at once, like a spiraling asymmetric time bomb gathering momentum. This metaphor illustrates the potentially catastrophic impact of the growing national debt on our economy if not addressed promptly and effectively. It's a stark reminder of the dire consequences we face if we don't act now.
  • Outbound phone call solicitations stopped working, inbound phone calls stopped, the quality of transactions went down, then stopped, and people did not respond to others.
  • Phone calls are not returned, leaving people in a state of confusion and desperation, unsure of the next step.
  • Email solicitations quit working. People are desperate and confused. The 'great resignation,' 'great reshuffle,' or 'quit-quitting mode' refers to the significant number of people leaving their jobs or seeking new opportunities due to dissatisfaction or economic uncertainty. This trend not only reflects the current financial challenges but also threatens the stability of the labor market. More people leaving their jobs can lead to labor shortages and increased competition for skilled workers, further complicating our economic situation.
  • The COVID relief loans, distributed to keep the public both silent and afloat during the pandemic, are running out "Bigley."The masses are victims of the government policies they voted for but have difficulty comprehending the connection-"You get the kind of government you voted for" applies.
  • Why is there such naive comprehension of this?
  • The government debt, now at a staggering 122.3% of the GDP, is not just a number. It's a burden that falls squarely on the shoulders of taxpayers. This stark reality should serve as a wake-up call. A high debt-to-GDP ratio indicates that the government's debt is significantly larger than the country's economic output, which can lead to higher taxes, reduced public services, and economic instability. This should prompt us to reconsider our financial policies and their long-term effects.
  • Unreported unfunded accrued debt for Social Security, Medicare, and all retirement systems combined is now $200 trillion underfunded. Spread out over 20 years or so, the only way to chip away at this debt is to tax productive people and rely on inflation to chip away by reducing the purchasing power of dollars.
  • Household debt is $17.69 trillion.
  • Automobile debt is $1.12 trillion.
  • Credit card debt is $1.12 trillion. Defaults were 4.8% in 2002 to now Q2 2024 of 7.4%.
  • Other miscellaneous forms of debt are about $550 billion.
  • Mortgage rates are up, which stresses affordability.
  • Consumers rely on credit cards to pay for the necessities of daily living.
  • Bank losses are reported as a result.
  • Credit losses are recoverable, and others must be written off, which eats into the banks' capital.

Credit losses will be divided into two buckets: those that are recoverable and those that must be written off as non-recoverable, lousy debt.

Expect the following:

  • Bank and Credit standards will tighten up.
  • People will shift to alternative lending sources like private money/ hard money.
  • Reemployment of credit-chasing lawyers.
  • Property foreclosures with trustees are very busy.
  • Federal bankruptcy courts are gearing up for the avalanche.
  • Court systems are becoming clogged from legal actions taken against default debtors.
  • Abundance of bank levies and wage garnishments for defaulted borrowers employers.
  • The tribulation of the free lunch lurks very short.
  • Consumers will turn to cash and go underground, exacerbating tax collections.
  • Fico scores will go down.
  • Consumers cannot borrow themselves out of their dire circumstances.
  • Consumer purchases will plummet.

The concept of a negative feedback loop, a natural phenomenon with real consequences, is not just a theoretical construct. It's a cycle of unintended outcomes that can exacerbate economic problems. In this loop, a problem leads to a reaction that worsens the problem, creating a self-reinforcing cycle. Breaking this cycle and finding solutions to prevent further economic deterioration is crucial.

  • Establish a country where the people will have representative government; tell the people that you represent their best interest; the people's interest is paramount in your mind; then comes along giant corporations, labor unions, and many institutions willing to drop significant dollars in your pocket for favors; you comply for personal and political expediency; you gain power and influence; you pass laws for the benefit of your crony friends as favors for their contributions; Governance is by unelected life bureaucrats who belong to labor unions with monopoly powers. The technocrats in charge rule by decree through the instruction of the president to issue executive orders benefiting their agendas, thereby circumventing the other branches of government.
  • The masses are left out of the equation; you organize continuous propaganda campaigns assuring the masses that you have their best interest in your heart; all your actions are differential; you instruct the Federal Reserve to create fiat money; then you pass it out to your crony constituents; the productive taxpayers are on the hook for the repayment; inflation occurs; a reduction in the purchasing power occurs; it takes a lot more dollars to live; the people are stressed trying to keep up with the economic hamster's treadmill; government benefits from more tax collections, public employees and their labor unions get bailed out; the public gets screwed, but the public voted for the screwing. "Repeat," over and over, but why?

Conversely, a positive feedback loop creates a cycle of improvement by implementing measures that lead to positive economic outcomes.

  • Establish a country where the people will have representative government; tell the people that you represent their best interest; the people's interest is paramount in your mind; then comes along giant corporations, labor unions, and many institutions willing to drop significant dollars in your pocket for favors; you refuse to comply because you have integrity and steadfastly submit that you represent the people, not special interests. Immediately fire the 12,000 lobbyists and 17,320 public relations employees in Washington, DC. It is a conflict against the people to lobby on behalf of the corporations, unions, and institutions, which affects the people. Surgically remove the career of unelected bureaucratic technocrats who are in total control of the country, which will, in turn, extinguish the fourth branch of government. Additionally, consolidate the 438 agencies and subagencies into less than 25. Layoffs for hundreds of thousands of lifers, labor unions, and monopolistic public employees, as well as cutting the number and size of government by 40%.
  • Gaining personal power and influence is a byproduct of your inner strength. Integrity is your badge; you pass laws to benefit the people and the workers and tell the special interest to fly a kite. There is no need to organize continuous propaganda campaigns because the masses are experiencing the results and benefits of your commitments. All your actions are differential; you instruct the Federal Reserve to cease creating fiat money; then you pass laws that the budget must be balanced; government shrinks in size and intrusion; the productive taxpayers have more money to increase their standards of living, and spread the wealth in neighboring businesses; inflation approaches zero; purchasing power remains consistent; quality of life improves; the people experience less stress; government benefits from more tax collections, public employees and their labor unions are not happy; the establishment and the deep state get depressed; The quality of life for average Americans improves dramatically because free market forces are returned in place of government compulsion.

Fortunately, some common-sense solutions exist for the general public to live semi-happily during these turbulent times, providing hope amid economic challenges. However, it's crucial for each individual to critically analyze these solutions and take action to improve their financial situation.

So, how do we overcome or work around all these barriers? How do we contribute to the positive feedback loop?

Societal problems are caused by macro-deficient leadership void of accountability and prosecution. On a micro level, there are many things that we can do to confront and combat them.

  • Only read and subscribe to alt-media sources for truth.
  • Reject the propaganda and spin in mainstream media.
  • Stand tall in your thoughts, intuition, and integrity.
  • Isolate negativity and negative people around you.
  • Remain confident and, above all, remain a non-conformist.
  • Reject "groupthink."
  • Become a "Self-Starter" and reject mediocracy and dependency.
  • Becoming a self-starter consists of an attitude, a plan, the execution of the plan, a series of actions, accomplishments, and many interruptions. It's about self-motivation to learn competencies and skill sets and repeatedly complete incremental small successes over time, not inherited abilities. The process involves developing an attitude, motivation, enthusiasm, self-confidence, talent, tenacity, and flexibility through repeated experiences and, in many cases, redundant actions to accomplish your goals.

Remain active, accept responsibility, lead with courage, and be patient. Please don't expect immediate gratification. Accumulating experiences and successes sets you apart, earning distinction in the top 10% of your field.

  • Relying on your intuition and the 80/20 rule. You earn 80% of your income from the most productive 20% of your activities.
  • Attempt to eliminate clutter in 80% of activities, which will get 20% of the results.
  • Dramatically expand your marketing outreach program. This seems to be a dominant flaw in most business people who have been successful despite themselves.
  • Modify your marketing plans to adapt to current conditions.
  • Eliminate operational redundancies and marketing strategies that do not work or have limited effectiveness.
  • You cannot afford to stagnate by doing nothing.
  • Accelerate outbound communications through text, email, and podcasts.
  • Reach out to the public and be positive and a role model.
  • Do everything bigger, better, and faster, and face the headwinds head-on.
  • Focus on yourself, your family, and your career.
  • The remainder of societal problems will take care of themselves.
  • Be charitable, willingly sharing your knowledge with others when possible, but not foolish.
  • Advance our knowledge base and careers, protect our families, show dignity and respect to others, and essentially wear blinders as we fight through a forest of deception.
  • We must continue our personal growth, development of intellect, keenness of memory, and awareness of societal obstacles and refuse to give up or allow others to infringe on our person. Investing in ourselves has many rewards.
  • Stay physically active.
  • Spending well-earned time in your "mental hobby shop" is essential. It will help you escape the pressure and recharge your focus.
  • Learn to live in uncertainty and not become a victim of anxiety and fear.
  • Fear is a wasted emotion. It does not produce any actions, solutions, or results.
  • Eliminate consumer debt. Business-related debt designed to leverage your enterprise to achieve higher profits is still acceptable.
  • Hard cash is king. Keep some handy.
  • Keep your close relationships near and dear to your heart.
  • Keep positive people in your life and eliminate those who do not subscribe to your attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Regardless of the strife, antagonism, and insanity surrounding us, we all should rise in the morning to be productive.
  • Become more productive and work harder than those around you.
  • Fill your days with action items characterized by effective time use and accomplishment.
  • Technology will drive much future success, wealth accumulation, and innovation. Adapt and get on board.
  • Have the attitude of being ever-present and the last man (person) standing if necessary. Those with tenacity will be successful.
  • America cannot compete with cheap labor; robotics and technological advances will sharpen our competitiveness.
  • Discuss possible offensive and defensive measures with friends, business associates, and neighbors, and ask them to do the same.
  • Do not assume that social media is your friend. It is about steering the narrative and advertising dollars for corporate media enterprises. Do not become enslaved to "likes" on your phone.
  • Government-manufactured statistics, biased polling data, ideologically polarized scholars, and spin-doctor research intentionally keep the public ill-informed about actual conditions.
  • Question the validity and purpose of every action taken by Big Tech, Big Pharma, Big Agriculture, Big Banks, Wall Street, Big Media, the military-industrial complex, and the various Big Government Monopolies. Their agenda is not about representing your best interest. It is about profits and the status quo. The spin doctors work 24/7 to keep the public isolated from truth and reality.
  • Trust nothing from mainstream or social media without independent verification. Eliminate unlikely opinions or explanations and keep isolating the discussion until the likelihood of truth becomes apparent. Trust your instincts. Your real-life experience becomes paramount. This call for independent verification empowers us to take control of our understanding of every situation. Mainstream propaganda and spin will crumble.
  • Protect the family's inalienable rights and personal sovereignty.
  • Work to change our leadership until they represent the people rather than themselves. That is a tall order.
