Summary:

Imagine a successful businessperson dedicated the first 70 years of their life to being a developer, promoter, TV star, and influencer.

Imagine a man who is super-wealthy and living a life of luxury.

Imagine a man recognizing that the governing system has been rigged against the people.

Imagine a man with the internal strength to change the rigged system into one of transparency.

Imagine a man engaged in radical change against the bloated Washington D.C. bureaucracy.

Imagine a man unwilling to become a puppet of the establishment in his governing methods.

That is what we were lucky enough to get with Donald Trump.

Article:

Now, picture the Trumpsters (Trump and his entire administration) stepping into the political arena as independent, critical thinkers, boldly declaring their refusal to always conform to the establishment's wishes. The Trumpsters are independent thinkers and make bold decisions to represent the people, not the establishment.

We now have a beacon of hope in a system often mired in conformity, persecution for non-conformity, and entrenched bureaucracy. However, their noble intentions will be met with pushback at every turn. Spending other people s money is hard to give up when the entire system is addicted to this method of existence.

Upton Sinclair:

"It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his job depends on not understanding it."

Upton Sinclair was an American author and political activist who wrote 100 books, including The Jungle.

C.S. Lewis:

"A tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive of all tyrannies. Living under robber barons rather than omnipotent moral busybodies would be better. The robber baron s cruelty may sometimes sleep, and his cupidity may sometimes be satiated, but those who torment us for our good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their conscience."

This quote by C.S. Lewis highlights the dangers of a well-intentioned but oppressive leadership.

C.S. Lewis was a British writer, literary scholar, and Anglican theologian. He is known for his essays and public witty public speeches.
