Timid Feeders In The Lagoon... I aspire to transcend my timid nature and become the most ferocious shark outside the lagoon... Yet, the lagoon beckons with its tranquil waters, a sanctuary from the treacherous ocean where danger lurks in the form of sharks, snakes, and other dangerous vertebrates... I am comfortable and surrounded by brilliant sea life like myself...Here, I peacefully coexist, swimming around and enjoying the day, careful not to disturb the harmony of the lagoon...I adhere to the unspoken code of conduct, a set of rules dictated by the universe of fish vertebrates... follow but do not lead... Here, I am content to swim around and enjoy the comfort of conformity and inclusiveness.The price for non-conformity is that I could be cast out of the school of other similar fish or cost me my life.Herein lies a lesson for homo sapiens (man).What are the benefits and detriments of non-conformity?
