Summary:

The Battle of the Titans has shifted.  Left-leaning CNN has lost more than half of its viewership. Now, it is scrambling to find a spot to remain one of the biggest cable news networks. But that isn’t easy when your media company has a reputation for acting as a puppet for the establishment.

This question is more urgent than ever as we navigate a media landscape that is increasingly focused on manipulation rather than truth.  In far too many cases, a portion of the public has accepted propaganda and manipulation as the truth.  However, the majority who voted out of the last administration now demand truth and transparency from their media sources. This urgent need for truth and transparency is not just a call to action, but a pressing demand in a landscape of manipulation. So, the propagandists and manipulators find themselves in a silent forest of echoes where no one is listening.

Truthfulness and an unbiased media landscape are now demanded.

Our education significantly influences our ability to form opinions about ourselves, our families, and our life experiences.  This includes issues related to state, national, and global events and politics as observed through mainstream media outlets.  Their narratives profoundly impacted our perspectives and outcomes until we discovered little truth in their spoken word.

Article:

What if all media outlets were honest, strictly factual, and forthright, presenting only accurate information?  If truth were the norm, reading and listening to the news would allow us to develop a well-thought-out and reasonable frame of reference.  Critical thought and rational outcomes would be the norm. The American way of life would be more honest and sensible. Mutual trust would be reestablished.

A truthful media is appealing, although illusory, if not impossible.  We can connect facts, identify exaggeration, and distinguish between outright lies to form our thoughts and develop our frame of reference.

A rational frame of reference cannot be developed when propaganda-based lies and illusions from the mainstream media constantly bombard us.  The public is steered like a herd of obedient sheep, anxious for the next feeding session.

Media sources modify facts to suit their advertising budgets, political agendas, and geopolitical interests, and to manipulate social consciousness in their favor.  How do we respond when mainstream media sources purport to present facts, but only facts run through a propaganda sieve to sway public opinion? How do we respond when everything we see and hear on mainstream news is a self-serving illusion with a subtext to bombard us with advertising segments?

Critical thinking, the (skeptical) analysis of available facts, evidence, observations, and arguments, is not just crucial.  It allows us to form our own opinions rather than being spoon-fed what we are supposed to think and what narrative we are permitted to possess.  This process of questioning everything, verifying facts, and analyzing to create a rational conclusion is a powerful tool, empowering us to navigate the media landscape confidently and not be swayed by propaganda.  It’s a shield against manipulation, a tool for empowerment in a landscape of contrariness, a source of independence in a world of influence.

Mika Brzezinski from MSNBC stated that the media’s job is to influence what people think, which is a significant responsibility that can be exploited. Mika complained that Elon Musk’s purchase of the social media platform Twitter (now X) and his stated desire to eliminate cancel culture and address cultural and social biases were detrimental to the media.  His objective is to convert the venue into an unbiased free-speech platform.  Mika’s quote: The dangerous edges here are that he is trying to undermine the media, trying to make up his facts, and it could be that while unemployment and the economy worsen, he could have undermined the message so much that he can control exactly what people think.  That is our job   Her co-host, Joe Scarborough, replies, “Yeah.”

Even CNN media analyst David Zurawik proclaimed that Musk is dangerous and should not be allowed to restore free speech on the X platform.

There’s a more significant problem with how we will control the communication channels in this country.

You need regulation.  You cannot let these guys control discourse in this country, or we are headed to hell. This call for regulation is for protection, ensuring that the media cannot dictate what Americans should hear or believe.  It’s a wake-up call for a secure and regulated media landscape, a necessity for the well-being of our society.  The need for this change is urgent, and we must act now.  The urgency of this need is palpable, a call to arms in a battle for truth and transparency. It calls for a media landscape that we can trust—one that serves the public, not the profit motive.

The proposition that CNN may not dictate what Americans should hear or believe is a wake-up call.  Do we need the media to help us distinguish between what is real and what is propaganda?

Six large media corporations control ninety percent of everything we watch, read, or listen to.  Comcast, Disney, AT&T, Sony, Fox, and Paramount Global control the media. These media outlets tightly control everything that is disseminated.d They disseminate ideological and well-thought-out propaganda, always with an advertising agenda and a profit motive.  The pursuit of advertising dollars is paramount.

Investigative journalism and potentially newsworthy stories must pass through a tightly controlled sieve for conditional corporate acceptance. Be damned with truth and what is best for the public.  With the new woke ideology so pervasive, it is no wonder that society does not entirely melt down.

Big tech also participates in an ideologically driven propaganda machine and cancel culture.  Facebook, Twitter, Google, Microsoft, and others use algorithms to determine whether your content is acceptable to them.. Accept any means of conformance to the hegemonic narrative, or your account will be deactivated, canceled, or penalized for spreading disinformation. Conform to the approved narrative, or you will become isolated and considered an outsider or a domestic terrorist (a term increasingly used to label individuals with dissenting views as threats to the social order).

Manipulation of public opinion and strategic propaganda programs have existed since the country’s inception.  Here is an excellent article.

Big tech has become a collectivist monopoly by acting as the long arm of the U.S. government. Below is another excellent article on the subject.

The cancel and the woke cultures are gasping for their last breaths, and both will shortly be dead ducks.  The American public has been awakened. The majority now opposes prescripted craziness, such as the promotion of divisive identity politics (e.g., pitting one race against another) and the suppression of free speech (e.g., censoring certain viewpoints), designed for control, manipulation, and the removal of individual sovereignty. This awakening brings hope and optimism for a future where the public is more informed and less susceptible to manipulation.

Why do you suppose that mainstream media has become so manipulative?  Is it because they desire to create emotional anxiety and fear?  Is this the real purpose of controlling and advertising dollars? Focusing on the pretend bad guys, the media will redirect public attention away from the real bad guy. Mainstream media is quick to focus on Trump, Putin, Ukraine, pandemics, vaccines that are not real vaccines, booster shots, racial Inequities, gender inequities, rising oceans, and climate change. It reveals how the media abandoned the stale 24/7 news pandemic narrative when the new bad guy on the block, Putin, emerged at the appropriate time.  Bad, Bad Leroy Brown (Putin) is back in town just in time to take the focus off the phony pandemic, an all-time great song by Jim Croce.

In coordination with large corporations, big tech, and state actors, the mainstream media collectively works to influence and shape hegemonic narratives —dominant, widely accepted narratives that serve the interests of those in power.  They work tirelessly to silence opposing opinions. They also deny the existence of opposing opinions to legitimize their incumbency and nation/state-building effort.  Additionally, the administrative state has imposed a mandate to continually expand and increase its intrusions. The status Quo is the objective.

The real bad guys where public attention is most needed are:

  • Poor federal and state governance,
  • Growth in the size of all governments,
  • Government Interference in Personal Lives,
  • People subjected to constant propaganda,
  • Police State,
  • Abusive and exploitive Regulations,
  • Inflation,
  • High federal, state, and local taxation,
  • Digitalization of Everything,
  • Medical establishment tyranny,
  • Techno tyranny for surveillance,
  • Education establishment tyranny creates compliant, indoctrinated, and submissive students,
  • Loss of individual freedoms,
  • Loss of personal sovereignty,
  • Uncontrolled immigration creates a new welfare and subsidized housing cohort. 70% of incoming illegal immigrants go on welfare, free medical care, and subsidized housing.  Nothing is free.  The taxpayers are responsible for this cost.

The top 1% of the economic spectrum now has 60% of all U.S. Wealth. The top two financial corporations, BlackRock ($9.6 trillion) and Vanguard ($7.2 trillion), have combined for $16.8 trillion in assets under management, totaling $16.8 trillion, while the gross domestic product is $23 trillion.

The government exacerbates overall U.S. financial problems by issuing unlimited amounts of fiat currency into the system, creating what is arguably the largest Ponzi scheme the world has ever known.  The bubble of everything is pervasive.  And to think, the U.S. government has no intention of ever repaying the debt, but merely erodes its value by systematically controlling inflation.

Systemic dollar debasement is preplanned.  As a result, the bottom 99% of the U.S. financial spectrum needs help to keep up.

How about the government borrowing from future generations to pay for today’s binge spending priorities, such as Build Back Better, Faster, and Quicker?  How about paying off your political friends to ensure Oweable votes on about the safety net of Social Security Trust Funds for current and future retirees, which have been misappropriated, and no provisions have been made to pay forward the costs of retirees?  Many retirees who expected a comfortable retirement are now forced to continue working.

The U.S. Government should immediately cancel its war against its people.  Will it happen just because one person suggested NO?

We could hold a community meeting to outline one hundred practical priorities: retire the national debt, improve living standards for everyone, make our streets safe, rein in medical tyranny, and enable the U.S. to regain its dignity and respect worldwide.  But none of these improvements would be implemented because national and world Oligarchs, Mega-Corporations, Techno fascists, and medical establishments will not see significant profits in the changes.  Since they control the government, nothing will happen. The cartels control the government through lobbying, donations, and placing principal corporate officers in top government employment positions.

The number one change on the list of practical solutions is that unless the Federal Government balances cash from all forms of taxation with all operating expenses, all Executive Branch and Congress members will no longer receive payment.  The government should be forced to balance the budget.

The American people have witnessed that the current government is not about raising living standards and expanding the concept of individual freedom for all.  Historical freedoms were about:

  • Of the People,
  • By the People,
  • For the People.

President Lincoln borrowed this now-famous three-part phrase. In 1384, JohWycliffeff wrote in the prologue to his translation of the Bible”, The Bible is for the Government of the People, by the People, and for the People.” Many politicians have copied this phrase.

The folks understand that the concept of governance has changed.  Governance has changed:

  • Stick it to the people,
  • Manipulate the people,
  • Take it from the people,
  • Persecute people who resist.

The current system of governance is particularly harsh toward people who think critically and create their own narratives.  The U.S. Government currently has the most extraordinary propaganda machine in the world’s history.  Awareness that the mainstream media, social media, technocrats, and the government constantly attempt to sway public opinion may result in you becoming a suspect of wrongdoing.  We are expected to remain unaware and submissive. Recognizing and actively rejecting deceptive propaganda techniques should become a national mantra for pushback. Reject them all.

Let’s work together to restore our country’s constitutional rights and freedoms.
